Process:
- Contact us by email with your request indicating the wording to be engraved on the sign.
- Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an email reply with a mock sample showing the text requested.
- Communicate your approval of the design or request any necessary changes.
- Design is approved and the order will be processed. Please note that at this stage no more changes can be made to the design.
- Order is handed over to our courier for delivery. For collections, we will contact you by email to schedule an appointment.
⭐ Please provide ample time for delivery, to ensure your order arrives in plenty of time for your event. Processing times will vary depending on current work load. If you need your order quickly, please contact us with your request and deadline before placing an order.
Easels, arches & flowers and other props are not included.
We recommend keeping your sign wrapped in the protective tape we provide until use to avoid scratches or damages.
Delivery: Choose from delivery at a charge of €5 or collection (by appointment only) for free.
Returns are not accepted due to the product being custom made.
Cancellations and refunds are only possible up to step 4 of the process. It is not possible to cancel or request a refund after the design has been approved and scheduled for creation.
