Resin Tutorial: Gryffindor House Crest Magnet

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare and mix resin as per manufacturer's instructions.

Step 2: Add golden resin pigment and gold glitter to resin.

Step 3: Mix the resin well making sure that the pigment is evenly and thoroughly distributed.

Step 4: Pour the glittery resin mixture into the lion part of the mold and the outline section.

Step 5: Wait for the resin to cure.

Step 6: Prepare and mix some resin.

Step 7: Add red alcohol ink and red pearlescent pigment to the resin.

Step 8: Mix well.

Step 9: Pour the red resin mixture into the silicone mold. Fill the mold all the way.

Step 10: Wait for the resin to cure.

Step 11: When the resin has fully cured, de-mold the resin from the silicone mold.

Step 12: Stick the magnet at the back of the crest.
