Q: Plastic Molds: How do I use molds that are not flat or do not stay even?
A: Ensuring molds are level before pouring resin or other materials is crucial for achieving a flat and even backing. Uneven molds can lead to difficult removal and inconsistent results.
To level molds, place them on a bowl of rice for support before use. This method helps stabilize the mold for better results.

A: Not all molds produce shiny pieces. Please check the product description to see if a particular mold produces a shiny finish.
You may choose to glaze or dome your pieces for added protection against scratches or to achieve extra shine.

Q: Do all orders include a tracking number?
A: No, not all orders come with tracking. Standard shipping does not include tracking. You are able to choose the shipping service that you prefer at checkout.

Q: Can you use the molds to make ice?
A: Yes you can use my molds to make ice. The silicone I use to make the molds is food safe and also freezer safe.
Q: Can you use the silicone molds to make wax melts and/or candles?
A: Yes my molds are suitable to handle the melted wax without being damaged. The silicone can handle temperatures up to 200°C / 392°F. This temperature refers to the material being poured into the mold. Melted wax is much less below this threshold, and you will not have issues using them for wax.

A: The silicone molds are oven ( for temperatures not exceeding 200°C/392°F) and freezer safe. The plastic molds are NOT safe to use in the oven - the plastic will melt and your mold will be destroyed. However, they are freezer safe.
