Step 1: Start by preparing all of your supplies.
Step 2: Prepare some epoxy resin as per brand instructions. To the resin add the blue resin dye and clover resin dye. Mix well.
Step 3: Pour the colored resin mixture into the mold, filling the mold up half way.
Step 4: Sprinkle some of the gold star confetti onto the uncured resin.
Step 5: Wait for the resin to cure.
Step 6: Prepare and mix a batch of clear resin. To your resin add the glitter and a few drops of Maya Blue pearl pigment. Mix well.
Step 7: Pour the glittery mixture into the mold, filling the mold all the way.
Step 8: Wait for the resin to cure.
Step 9: Demold the resin from your mold when it has fully cured.
